How do I report an issue with the device or make new feature requests?
You can use our ticketing system to either report an issue with our existing device, mobile software or make a new feature request. Click the button below to open our ticketing system portal.



Do I pay yearly fee for the device?
Yes. You have to pay recurring charges for the service once per year. You need to recharge the SMS in your account.

What happens if the device doesn't work as desired?
The device will be replaced with another working piece free of charge as long as you are our customer.
