How do I report an issue with the device or make new feature requests?
You can use our ticketing system to either report an issue with our existing device, mobile software or make a new feature request. Click the button below to open our ticketing system portal.



Do I pay a monthly fee for the device or pay any recurring charge?
No. You don't have any recurring charges for the device. You just need to recharge the SMS count for each device in your account.

What happens if the device doesn't work as desired?
The device will be replaced with another working piece free of charge as long as you are our customer.
